Food good for depression

You don’t suffer with an illness without doing research into it and while I was doing exactly that I came across a list of foods which are good for depression. These foods won’t cure depression but they will help promote a healthy diet. Last year I did a brief nutrition course (I’m not a nutritionist) and one of things I learn’t is how the gut can affect the mind. The benefits of running

Although a good part of 2017 has seen a demise in my mental health, my fitness has taken a turn for the better. During the past couple of years, I have been losing weight, I needed too. Due to comfort eating, my weight had hit high levels beyond obesity. With being successful in losing weight, I got to the point where I knew I needed to increase my exercise to lose more.
