Recipe for lemon water

Lemon water was something I was skeptical about but gave it ago. After two weeks drinking it, I have found my concentration and skin has improved and mostly my bloating has gone. I also only drink water, green tea and a cup of coffee a day.

  • 1/2 of one lemon
  • 1/2 cup of boiling water
  • 1/2 cup of cold water
  • 1/2 tsp of runny honey

Method

    Boil the water and add to a mug. Juice half a lemon and add to the water. Stir in the honey and top up with the cold water. Drink 30 minutes before eating breakfast.
