Overnight Gluten Free Oats With Summer Berries

Overnight oats have become one of my favourite meals. I have always loved porridge but making them this way, gives a whole new dimension with taste and flavour. This also include three of your five a day.

  • 1/2 cup of gluten free oats (wholegrain)
  • 1/2 cup whole fat milk
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Raspberries
  • 1/2 cup Strawberries
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt


    Using a Kilner Jar, place the oats at the bottom and cover with the milk. Seal the jar and place in the fridge overnight.
    In the morning, add the yogurt and top off with the fruit.
    Optional, you could add a drizzle of honey.
