- 1/2 cup of gluten free oats (wholegrain)
- 1/2 cup whole fat milk
- 1/2 cup Blueberries
- 1/2 cup Raspberries
- 1/2 cup Strawberries
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
Using a Kilner Jar, place the oats at the bottom and cover with the milk. Seal the jar and place in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, add the yogurt and top off with the fruit.
Optional, you could add a drizzle of honey.
